The quick-connect design lets you pop your Glow on and off in seconds, so it’s just as easy to take to your bedroom, yoga mat, or carry-on. Choose between an anti-slip clamp that fits nearly any desk or opt for a grommet mount if you prefer a sleeker, built-in feel. Either way, this is the desk upgrade your nervous system didn’t know it needed.

Installation

• Clamp the Desk Arm onto any surface 0.47 to 2.75 inches thick.
• Or use the included grommet-mount hardware for a clean, through-desk install.
• Ensure a grounded outlet is nearby and use the included smart cord routing system for a tidy finish.
  

Mounting Your Glow

• Align your Glow with the quick-release mount and lock it into place.
• Tilt up to 90° backward or 5° forward for safe, stable positioning.
• Rotate side to side or fully extend for maximum reach (up to 22.2 inches).
• Unclip your Glow anytime for travel, bedtime, or off-desk use.
  

Pro Tips

• Keep the Glow angled toward your face and chest for up to 10 minutes per hour to maximize light therapy benefits.
• After that, simply tilt it slightly upward—this indirect angle still cancels out blue light and screen fatigue, so you can leave it on as long as you’re at your desk.
• Pair with early-morning or late-afternoon work sessions to support circadian rhythms.
• Use during long Zoom days to restore calm focus and nervous system balance.
