Set the Sauna Stool inside your FireLight® Sauna or position it 18–30 inches in front of your Hearth® Panel. Sit tall on the curved, ergonomic seat, allowing your spine to lengthen naturally and your breath to deepen. This upright posture places your heart, lungs, and gut directly in the path of the FireLight Spectrum, where heat and light penetrate most deeply, activating your core detox organs and supporting cellular repair.

For best results, rotate your body every 3–5 minutes during your session to expose different areas to the full spectrum. The stool’s height ensures that each rotation keeps your torso in the therapeutic sweet spot.

When you're finished, the stool breaks down effortlessly—no tools, no strain. Store it flat between sessions or slide it into a closet, corner, or suitcase for travel.
