If you already have a Hearth, then you only need the Sauna Enclosure and Sauna Stool to complete your FireLight® Sauna.

The FireLight® Sauna is designed for full-body cellular rejuvenation and deep detoxification. When inside our Sauna Enclosure,, your body rapidly reaches a profuse, passive sweat at a gentle ambient air temperature of 100–120°F (38–49°C).

By using the Hearth alone, you’ll still receive photobiomodulation (light therapy)—the deep, light-based cellular activation—and also a mild detox from the heat, but you won’t get the same level of sweat-induced detox, which requires an enclosed, heat-retentive space.

For the most effective, clinically researched benefits of sauna therapy, you must sweat at least 1 lb of water and raise your core temperature by 2-3°F.
