• Apply 1 drop to your finger and dab (not swipe) gently onto your chosen point—commonly the perineum for root chakra activation.
• May also be applied to the sides of the nose just above the nostrils to open nasal airways.

• Start with a very small amount—Root Zen is highly concentrated and intensely cooling.
