    Obsessed is an understatement

    I’ve tried countless other red lights and nothing compares to Sauna Spaces lights. I have 2 glow lights and love them so much I just got the sauna. I personally EMF tested the lights and the exposure is exactly as they say, none! It’s so high quality, my dogs love it, I love it. I use it after the sun sets and for mood lighting (and warmth) during my coffee enemas. I am working on having a light in every room of my house that’s how much I love them!!!

    A must in my housenold

    I've been a proud owner of a Sauna Space glow infrared light for three years now and I am so impressed by the quality and how many different ways we've used this light as a family! I always begin my day with at least 20 minutes of light to my face while I read or work. When we've been under the weather, this light has truly come in handy with supporting healing. From cuts, scrapes, muscle strains, and general well-being... the glow infrared is a perfect introductory red light and easy to take from room to room.

    Love! Love! Love!

    From having it on while I work to balance out the blue light from my computer screen to using it as a healing device, this SaunaSpace Glow Therapy Light is absolutely beautiful.     Works for me...

    I've been using my homemade saunaspace Sauna about three times a week, for about an hour. I sweat off roughly a pound each time, then jump in a cool shower. Really quite a treat. I listen to audio books or, lately Gregorian Chant to help relax. Probably too early to tell long term benefits, but I love sweating out the toxins.

    The perfect portable and versatile red light/sauna

    I love this little light. I use it nightly as light at night to calm me before bed. Sometimes I use it in the morning or in the shower(not while water is on) as a sauna. It’s so small and versatile but still super powerful. It’s easy to pack on trips safely.
