    Excellent to have in health toolkit

    I have loved my Glow red light!!! It has been highly beneficial in my life. In the mornings, I get a burst of energy after doing targeted therapy on my face and neck region. It has helped me at night to wind down and support my natural circadian rhythm. I am now working on helping my scalp to help lessen some slight hair loss and support my ovaries.     I got this as a very nice birthday present & I am absolutely obsessed. I sit infront of this every single night & have noticed a huge difference in my skin alone. My acne has cleared up so much & my acne scars are getting so much better. I sleep so much better. I do workouts infront of it. I am always using it when I’m at home and my dog loves it too! If I leave it on I will find him laying right in front of it or just staring right into it haha

    We really love using the Sauna Space. With the extra fifth unit on the floor, it gets up to about 140 degrees. Was especially great during the winter!

    Highly recommend you add a dimmer, Sauna Space!

    The first bulb I got was amazing and I could leave on frequently at my work desk aimed at my face. The bulb then broke, sauna space replaced it, but the replacement bulb was SO bright and heat intensive that anyone would be blinded trying to use it daily especially to fight screen fatigue. I couldn’t believe the difference, not in a good way. Sauna space customer service was great and they swapped it out for another bulb, but unfortunately it was the same problem. My dad is super handy with electric work and added a dimmer in place of the “on off” switch. This fixed everything for me and made me wonder why for $700 would sauna space not make a dimmer option?

    Amazing product

    I am very pleased with my purchase, the glow light arrived safely to my UK address, the only problem I had is that the plug was not UK plug although it said it was. So somebody had to convert it for me. Other than that, me and my family are very happy with the light and we are using it regularly.

How do I use the Glow, and what is it for?

The Glow is your portable red and near infrared therapy solution, powered by our signature FireLight® Bulb, just like in our saunas. Use it for skin rejuvenation, muscle recovery, circadian reset, or eye-soothing blue light relief while you work.

Whether you're meditating, stretching, or simply unwinding, the Glow offers a calming, flicker-free alternative to harsh LEDs. No noise, no mask, just pure, soothing light you can use every day.

How long should I use the Glow?

For the face or throat, limit sessions to 5-10 minutes at 12-40 inches away (around 15-18 inches is ideal). For other areas of the body, sessions can last up to an hour. Feel free to move the light around as needed. Users enjoy sessions from several times up to 10 times per day. Start slow and let your comfort guide you.

For ambient use, when not directed at your body, you can leave it on longer. Many users keep it glowing during work, yoga, or as a relaxing evening light.

How long does the FireLight???? Bulb in the Glow last, and how do I replace it?

The FireLight® Bulb inside your Glow is rated for 5,000 hours, usually lasting 5 to 10 years with typical use. When it finally reaches the end of its life, swapping it out is simple: just unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new one. No special tools or setup required.

If the bulb fails before the five-year mark, we'll replace it under warranty. After that, you're still eligible for a discounted replacement price of $95, just for SaunaSpace customers.
