    Best Decision!

    We were on the fence as to what kind of Sauna we wanted to get, outdoor traditional, indoor infrared, etc. I saw an interview with the founder on Instagram so I was intrigued and did some research into this company and their sauna, to make a long story short we ended up going with this one and are so incredibly happy that we did! It heats up instantly, so no waiting 30 plus minutes, it feels amazing. I dry brush while in it to help promote lymphatic drainage. It’s a quiet place to take time for myself, read, meditate and have confidence that I’m putting my health first. It’s such a huge bonus that it doesn’t emit harmful emfs, which was a huge factor in helping us decide which type of sauna to choose. We are bombarded with toxins and emfs everyday. It makes you sweat, like I’ve never sweat before, a good feeling and absolutely helps alleviate any aches or pains. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate as yo7 won’t regret it!

    Life Changing

    Few solutions can genuinely change daily life, and for me, my SaunaSpace Super Sauna has been one of them. Every session leaves me feeling calmer, recharged, and just better overall, and I love that its near-infrared design induces a deep sweat that, in my experience, feels much more effective than the traditional saunas I’ve used. I don’t often go out of my way to endorse products, but I wholeheartedly endorse SaunaSpace and the Super Sauna to anyone who is serious about investing in their long-term health and well-being.

    Super Sauna Space

    I got the fire light first, using it twice a day first thing in the morning and before bed and fell in love with it. This year, I bought the super sauna, and I am about three weeks in and noticing my sleep has improved, I am sweating faster each time I get into the sauna, skin feels softer, it one of many of my self care I do for myself daily. Best thing I did for myself yet.
