Uses:

Oral rinse to support oral sensitivities & healthy gums. Swish, gargle, or use in water-flosser.

Directions:

Brush and floss teeth prior to use. Actively swish between teeth and along gum lines for 30 seconds and spit. For best results, do not rinse with water. Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking. Repeat twice daily, morning and night.

Simple to use
Just swish a capful around your mouth and it heals up sores and irritated gums. There is a bit of a chlorine smell but it is gone quickly.
