Unlike traditional or far-infrared saunas that heat the air around you, the FireLight® Sauna uses radiant near infrared light (980–1500 nm) to heat your body directly. This thermal near infrared penetrates deep into tissues, raising your core temperature from the inside out—fast. No preheating required. Just step in, switch on, and the transformation begins.

Most people begin sweating within 5 minutes. In the Classic Sauna (4 bulbs), a full session is around 20–30 minutes. In the SuperSauna (7 bulbs), it’s even faster—closer to 15–20 minutes.
