    SaunaSpace,

    Jazmyn was super helpful to me and very professional and knowledgeable with your product.

    I really was extremely impressed with her. It is rare companies have someone like this who could answer all of my questions while being extremely patient and nice.

    For me personally and my body. I enjoyed the product, but for my body type, I cannot tell any difference in my health.

    I somehow can notice a big difference when I workout and sweat though on a elliptical, slow jog, and weights for example.

    Which causes me to sweat more and of course gets my entire body flowing and moving.

    Therefore, I did not keep the product.

    However, the 100 day money back guarantee is worth it for everyone to try at least.

    And the product is beautiful all around...and yes, pricey for most, but with our government making the dollar with nothing soon...we might as well buy something useful and helpful like this beforehand.

    Perfect solution for a DYI sauna. Well constructed, easy to mount, very sturdy. Provided a great sweat from the very first session.     Even A DIY setup is WONDERFUL!!!

    I created my own space in my closet with cotton drapes, tension bars, a little stool and bench, and VOILA … a perfect place for a Sauna Space panel and experience. I love going in there. It’s like food, or sunshine, delicious and luxurious!!

    I bought bother the 4 bulb and the 3 bulb panel and put both in my sauna space. I have used this daily for the last 2 months and it is the real deal!!! I work out 6 days a week and I can truly feel the therapy benefits in recovery. I highly recommend!!!

    Best decision!

    I love my sauna panel. I created my own space in the bathtub using organic hemp canvas and a big rod over the tub. It is my favorite place at home and it truly heals me. Is the Hearth Pedestal included?

The Hearth Pedestal is an optional accessory you can add to cart above.

Can I add the Hearth to my existing cabinet sauna?

If you want to upgrade your sauna, the Hearth is the best option to turn your existing far-infrared, or other cabinet-style sauna, into a full-spectrum infrared sauna!

Recommended setup: Buy the Hearth Pedestal and Sauna Stool with your Hearth to target your core. Remove your sauna’s built-in bench. 

Bench setup: Set your Hearth on your sauna’s built-in bench. Sit on your own chair or our Sauna Stool.

Hanging setup: Use the carrying handle to hang your Hearth on the wall. Make sure to use proper anchoring that is rated to support at least 25 lbs.(hooks, rope, etc.)

Due to variables beyond our control, customers experience different heating when using the Hearth in unique environments. The Hearth Quartet only heats an area of 60-70 cubic feet. This online calculator can be used to calculate the cubic footage of your space.

Can the Hearth be used outside a sauna enclosure and why would I want to do this?

Yes, absolutely, and you receive all the benefits of red light therapy. We have many customers who enjoy using our Hearth this way, as some will even do yoga and meditate in front of our lights! You can also have it near you while you’re working on a computer or watching TV to block out blue light.

Some people also like to use it as an ambient light in the evenings and mornings instead of harsh LEDs and fluorescents.


However, note that the detox will be mild without an enclosure. The most profound detox occurs when the body core temperature is increased enough to get a strong sweat response.

How do I mount and/or use the Hearth?

The Hearth Pedestal is specifically made to be used with the Hearth, and also with the Glow. It is not a bench for the user.
Set the Hearth on the Pedestal top, centered for balance, and the Hearth will stand by itself.
The Hearth doesn't need to lean against anything; just set it down and center it on the Pedestal and enjoy!
The Hearth includes a built-in carrying handle that can be used to hang it from a wall. Make sure to use proper anchoring that is rated to support at least 25 lbs.(hooks, rope, etc.).

How much does it cost to operate the Hearth?

The Hearth Trio uses 750W, which costs about 12¢ per hour based on average kilowatt-hour (kWh) cost in the USA.

The Hearth Quartet uses 1000W, which costs about 16¢ per hour based on average kilowatt-hour (kWh) cost in the USA.
