FireLight Infrared Sauna

I’ve sat for 5 consecutive sauna sessions and am really impressed with the quality and the comfort of the Luminati setup. I decided to buy it because my husband is suffering from some insomnia (can’t report back yet as he hasn’t gotten as much use in) and went on the payment plan because it is a massive investment, but spreading out the expense made it much more approachable. I personally got some terrible blisters this week and the quick healing I’ve experienced is really wow-ing me. Also I don’t normally sweat much, even with wxcerise, and I cannot explain that this sweat is a stand alone experience for me. Never seen so many droplets on my skin! Would recommend this investment whole heartedly and I’m so excited to keep up with this as a personal care practice.

Follow up: If there are any resources recommended I would like to read or hear more about the red light + sauna benefits. The pamphlet that came with it was helpful but also basic so if I really want to go deep I’d love to know what’s recommended. ALSO! Who can recommend a great in-sauna timer?? The main mishaps I’ve had is with trying to get a repeat short timer for rotating that accumulates to a full 20 minute session and I’m hating using my phone. This is a meditative space for me and I don’t want to bring my phone in, even on airplane mode. Timer and temp gauge recommendations that aren’t plastic or putting off emf would be so helpful!!

I love my sauna more than 5 starts could describe. It's worth 10 starts or more. From delivery, amazing materials, all the clever engineering, putting it together all by myself; and then sitting in it and just soaking in the power and healing and relaxation. I love it, I wish I would have been able to get it earlier! But now I have it and I am excited every time I plan to use it. I call it our "Healing Cave". Couple first uses I could feel I got extra detox - because of feeling "under the weather" later that day or the next day. After that it's just mostly relaxed and sleep like a baby. It's one of the best purchases in my life, absolutely.

Received my Luminati Infrared Sauna in early December 2021. Have been using it 3-4 times a week since then. Was hoping it would help with my insomnia and detox issues. Sleep has improved! I haven't slept through the night in 10 years and have done so twice now! Overall my sleep is improved in general as well (fall asleep easier, less waking in the night and when I wake at night I go back to sleep quicker). I have noticed my skin also looks much better! I try to use the sauna after my workouts because it helps me sweat more while in the sauna. Those are the days I feel the best benefits.

Setup was pretty straight forward. I was able to assemble it myself in about 30 minutes.
