Dry Brushing (Before Sauna)

• Begin at your feet and brush upward toward the heart using long, sweeping strokes.
• Use circular motions around joints and lymph-rich areas (e.g. underarms, neck, abdomen).
• Avoid broken or sensitive skin. Brushing should feel invigorating, not painful.
• Follow with your sauna session for deeper detox and enhanced glow.
  

Wet Brushing (In the Shower)

• Wet the brush and your skin. Optionally apply soap or scrub.
• Use firm, even strokes or small circles to exfoliate and stimulate the skin.
• Rinse thoroughly after use and hang to dry in a well-ventilated space.
