About the Role
SaunaSpace is hiring a Creative + Industrial Design Project Manager to sit at the center of our creative and product ecosystem. This is a critical execution role for someone who loves turning vision into reality—across both physical products and brand/creative assets.
This is not a hands-on design role. Instead, you are the operational intelligence behind the creative engine: coordinating people, processes, timelines, and details with exceptional clarity, rigor, and discernment.
You’ll work closely with the CCO and Visionary, collaborate across internal teams, and manage external partners to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to final delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project management for creative, brand, and product initiatives
- Coordinate across teams (creative, marketing, inventory, vendors, manufacturers)
- Oversee production of brand and marketing assets (ads, packaging, event assets, special initiatives)
- Manage product design & R&D workflows, including prototyping and vendor coordination
- Build and maintain clear timelines, budgets, and project plans
- Catch issues early, organize inputs, and help projects stay aligned and on track

- Strong problem-solver, especially in complex or scaling environments
- Confident exercising creative and strategic judgment, even when you’re not the one designing
- Comfortable managing multiple project types in parallel
- Strong and intuitive communicator across internal teams and external vendors
- Process-oriented but human—not corporate
Background-wise:
Strong candidates may come from industry, research, academic, or hybrid backgrounds. You don’t need to be an engineer, formulator, or designer—but you do need to be confident asking smart questions, learning quickly, and transferring skills across domains. Intellectual agility, sound judgment, and the ability to move fluidly between different kinds of work matter more than domain-specific mastery.
