Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS).
If you select:
- Standard (Free) shipping for USA
- Standard International (Free) for Canada
we will ship using the most cost effective of the following shipping methods:
- FedEx: Ground, Home Delivery®, Ground International
- USPS: Priority Mail, Ground Advantage
Currently, we only ship single package orders using USPS, so if you have 2+ packages in your shipment, it will be shipped via FeEx.
If you want a specific carrier and service, please select that from the available shipping options in checkout.
Shipping with Signature-Required
Will your order ship with an Indirect Signature Requirement?
Orders with pre-shipping-pre-tax cart value of $200+ will by default ship with an Indirect-Signature-Requirement (ISR), meaning someone at the shipping address must sign for the packages.
If you prefer to waive this delivery signature requirement, please note that in the Order Notes section of our checkout. Keep in mind that if you waive this signature requirement, you assume responsibility for your packages as soon as your shipment is marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
Note: for Adult Signature Required shipments, FedEx does not allow change of address during transit, so the shipment must be delivered to the original shipping address chosen when your order was placed.
Shipping Fees
Contiguous United States & Canada
Free shipping for orders over $200
All orders amounting to $200 or more before tax are eligible for free shipping (FedEx Ground). Upgraded shipping is available at checkout for a fee.
Shipping for orders under $200
Orders of less than $200 before tax do not qualify for free shipping. To get an estimate for shipping to your delivery address, add your desired items to the Shopping Cart and proceed to Cart Pageto see your options.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and all other international locations
Orders of any amount do not qualify for free shipping. To get an estimate for shipping to your delivery address, add your desired items to the Shopping Cart and proceed to Cart Page to see your options.
International Customer-Arranged Shipping Option
If your order is going outside the United State or Canada, you may choose your own carrier using the "customer-arranged shipping" option. Your receipt from SaunaSpace will show no charge for shipping because you will be assuming the cost and responsibility of all aspects of your shipment.
This includes:
- Choosing a courier
- Scheduling pickup once your order is ready
- Providing a barcode label from your courier
- Providing a signed customs invoice
Customer-arranged shipments should be picked up Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT, excluding holidays, from our Retail Store:

International Taxes and Customs
Most international destinations
Pre-paid international taxes and customs
SaunaSpace automatically collects international taxes, customs duty, and related handling fees for most countries on your behalf during checkout. Please note that all VAT, customs duty and handling fees are non-refundable.
In this case, your shipment will be shipped Deliver-Duty-Paid (DDP), meaning you will not be required to pay any additional fees. You will still have to provide your tax identification number (e.g. VAT number) for customs release of your shipment (see below).
IMPORTANT! Customs release
When your order reaches your destination's customs processing, FedEx will contact you at the phone and email you provided during checkout to request your tax identification number (e.g. VAT number).
If you fail to respond within 5 days of FedEx reaching out to you, your shipment will be returned to SaunaSpace. If this happens, we invoice you for the replacement shipment and we will not refund your original shipping fee.
Countries for which we don't collect taxes and customs in checkout
International taxes & customs not pre-paid
The collection of duties and VAT in our checkout is not currently offered for shipment to all countries. In this case, we ship Deliver-Duty-Unpaid (DDU) meaning you will need to pay your own customs duties, VAT and associated fees after arrival of your shipment to your country and before final delivery. Please note that all VAT, customs duty and handling fees are non-refundable.

When your order reaches your destination's customs processing, FedEx will contact you at the phone and email you provided during checkout to request payment for international taxes, customs duty, and related handling fees. FedEx will also request your tax identification number (e.g. VAT number).
If you don't pay FedEx all your shipment's international taxes, customs duty, and related handling fees, or if you fail to respond within 5 days of FedEx reaching out to you, your shipment will be returned to SaunaSpace. If this happens, we invoice you for the replacement shipment and we will not refund your original shipping fee.
