Very attractive and comfortable. However when I turn on it to expose a different part of my body to the light the whole chair moves with me on the MAT. Will this mar or damage the mat by doing this?

strangely comfortable!
I have a tailbone injury and was cautiously optimist about how comfortable this stool would be. It is engineered perfectly. Its comfortable and eases changing position during a sauna session. Plus no worries about outgassing. IT GREAT
