IS USING THE PHOTON™ THE SAME AS USING THE SAUNA?

The Sauna is the ultimate rejuvenation machine for your entire body. It's used for full body:

  • Detoxification
  • Cellular rejuvenation
  • Parasympathetic relaxation
  • Meditation
  • Protection and recovery from man-made EMF stress

The Photon™ won't really make you sweat like the sauna. It's used as an adjunct therapy to the sauna therapy and is designed for:

  • Targeted use on parts of the body for local symptom relief
  • Indoor environmental light therapy, including flicker & blue light mitigation

CAN I PLUG MY FARADAY™, LUMINATI™, TUNGSTEN™ OR PHOTON™ INTO A STANDARD POWER OUTLET?

Yes! Our Products may be connected to a grounded outlet on any standard circuit (10–20A for 120V, 5-10A for 220-240V).

The Tungsten™ Panel uses 8.3A (for 120V, 4.2A for 240V) and the Photon™ uses 2.1A (for 120V, 1A for 220-240V).

No need for any special wiring.

CAN I USE THE TUNGSTEN™ IN MY CABINET SAUNA?

Yes, the Tungsten™ may be installed and used effectively in any enclosed space that will maintain air temperature above 100°F (37.8°C).

Hang it on a wall by it's carrying handle or stand it up easily on any level surface.

We don't recommend use with any enclosures that contain materials that offgas toxins, like painted walls or varnished woods.

WHY DO THE SAUNA LIGHTS REQUIRE AN ENCLOSURE? CAN'T I JUST USE THE TUNGSTEN ON ITS OWN?

If the air temperature around you is below your body's temperature, it will cool you down too fast. you heat your core up enough and you won't sweat.

CAN I INSTALL MY SAUNASPACE® PRODUCT OUTDOORS?

No, our products are for indoor use only. They work in installed in any indoor location where they are protected from outdoor high humidity and weather. All our natural materials, like the raw basswood and GOTS-certified organic cotton canvas are not treated with chemicals that are intended to “weatherproof” materials.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPERATE?

It’s incredibly affordable!

The average kilowatt-hour (kW-hr) cost in the USA is about 16¢. That means that operating a device that uses 1 kW (1000W) of electricity for 1 hour costs $0.16.

Tungsten™, Luminati™ and Faraday™ all use 1000W, so they cost about $0.16/hr.

Photon™ uses 250W, which costs about $0.04/hr.

Compare this to many far infrared Saunas that require 1500-2000W, or conventional wet Saunas that use 2500W or more; that’s so much power that they require special wiring and 20-30A outlets to operate.

CAN I OPERATE MY SAUNASPACE® PRODUCT ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

Yes!

All Panels made by SaunaSpace® are wired for worldwide use. Simply plug our Panels straight into any properly grounded outlet, anywhere in the world. No converter needed, only the correct plug adapter and bulbs.

Choose the power cord plug for your SaunaSpace® when adding to cart: USA (120V), Euro (240V), Swiss (240V), AU/NZ (240V).

When you make your plug selection your order will come with the correct voltage bulbs (120V or 240V).

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VOLTAGE AND WATTAGE?

You can use our SaunaSpace® Panels anywhere in the world the correct Bulb Votage!

Voltage: This is the electrical supply standard in your region, denoted by 'V'...North America is 120V, most of the rest of the world is 240V (not all though!)

Each country usually has one standardized voltage supply, though some have multiple voltages available. USA, Canada, Taiwan, and a few other countries have 110/120 V (referred to herein as 120 V) supply. Most other countries in the world have 220/230/240 V (referred to herein as 240 V) supply, including Europe, UK, Asia, Middle East, South America, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Wattage: Is the output power from the Bulb to the user, denoted by 'W'...SaunaSpace® only supplies our Panels/Saunas with approved 250W incandescent near infrared (NIR-A) Bulbs.

Any attempt to use a Bulb with the incorrect voltage supply will result in improper output and possible failure of the Bulb! We clearly list our Bulb products as either 120V-rated for use in USA or 240V-rated for use internationally. Our paneel/Sauna products include either 120V-rated or 240V-rated Bulbs, depending on Plug Type chosen.

HOW LONG DOES THE SAUNA TO SETUP?

10-20 minutes with experience, 30-45 minutes the first time to review setup and manual and get accustomed.

HOW DIFFICULT IS THE SET-UP PROCESS?

One person, no tools...it’s really easy. Like setting up a kid’s toy.

Each component is lightweight 8-16 lbs and manageable for assembly.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE DISASSEMBLE AFTER EACH USE?

No!

Most customers leave their Sauna setup day in and day out year around.

For use of space you can partially disassemble your sauna: pull off the cover only on the front left corners, remove the front door crosspiece poles from the left front top Frame Connector, and the trapezoidal footprint of the frame can be squished from 4’x4’x2′ to 1.5′ x 5′-6’ and the sauna will lay against a wall, still standing up.

CAN I SET THIS UP ON ANY FLOORING?

The sauna's bamboo grounding mat separates your flooring from the sauna interior. No outgassing issues, and the sauna won't heat up your flooring either.

CAN SAUNASPACE® PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

Yes. Our full product line can be shipped by Fedex International Ground or Economy Express to: Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, the Middle East, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and other countries as well.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP A LUMINATI™ OR A FARADAY™?

The Luminati™ and the Faraday™ ship as 2 packages:

  • 26 x 26 x 14 inch box (Tungsten™ Panel, Dual-Layer Cover, Stool, Frame Fittings, Bulbs & Product Manual)
  • 62 x 6 x 6 inch tall slender box (Frame Poles + Mat).

ONCE I'VE SUBMITTED PAYMENT, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SAUNASPACE TO PROCESS MY ORDER AND SHIP?

All in-stock products ship within the processing time currently listed in the Product’s description and on the Shipping & Processing Page. If there will be a delay, we will notify you promptly. Our shop is running all day every day to keep our product line inventoried, so items are rarely back-stocked. If you order a back-stocked item, we will notify you of expected ship date once the item is re-inventoried.

DO YOU SHIP SIGNATURE REQUIRED?

We do accept payments, but we only ship once the total due has been received. We don’t yet have in-house financing, but you also have the option of Paypal Credit in our saunaspace.com check out, which is 6-months same-as-cash no interest no fees financing offered by Paypal. You can apply and get approved in seconds right on our Checkout page. With Paypal Credit, you can start using your sauna immediately and have 6 months to pay off your sauna purchase to them without any added fees/interest.

We think you’ll keep it. But if not, you can return it during the 100 Day Trial for a 100% refund. As long as the SaunaSpace® Product is still in “like new condition” we will refund the purchase price. If you roughed it up a bit, that’s okay. We may deduct a proportional amount from the refund to cover the cost of repair of the damaged component.

New Product return ship cost is equivalent to the actual cost to return-ship.
